By accessing and using CollaboMusic, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.
You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. Beat Uploads and Licensing
Upload Requirements: You must own or have necessary rights to all content you upload.
License Management: You are responsible for configuring appropriate license terms for your beats.
Collaborator Rights: When adding collaborators, ensure you have permission and proper revenue sharing agreements.
Prohibited Content: Do not upload content that infringes on copyrights or contains illegal material.
4. Payments and Fees
Revenue Share: We take a 20% commission on all beat sales.
Payouts: Earnings are processed monthly via your preferred payment method.
Subscription Fees: Pro subscription fees are billed monthly and auto-renew until canceled.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your beats. By uploading, you grant us license to distribute your content according to your configured license terms.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
